Contatti

There is a person on the other side.

There is no basket and there is no customer service: guitars get asked for, and the person who builds them answers. Below are the ways to do it, depending on what you need.

I want a guitar

Start from the Custom Shop.

Twenty choices in five chapters: wood, frets, headstock, electronics. At the end an email goes out with everything already written down, and the conversation starts from the right place instead of from ten questions of mine.

I have a question

Just write to me.

A question about woods, a rough quote, a repair, a collaboration. I answer myself, and sometimes not straight away.

I already have one

Register it.

The workshop register keeps the history of each instrument in one place: service and spare parts followed over the years, word when something concerns your model, and a documented provenance the day you decide to pass it on.

I run a shop

Let's talk shop to workshop.

For shops the terms, the lead times and the quantities are different from a private order. Write with the name and city of the shop and I will reply with them.

Visits are by appointment: write to me and we will find a day.

De Gattis Archive

Verify your instrument

Every De Gattis instrument carries a unique serial number.

If you want to check that a De Gattis is genuine, send us the serial number and, if you can, a few photographs of the instrument and of the headstock.

We will check the details ourselves and reply to you by email.

No photographs chosen

The serial number and your email are needed.
